Samantha Jolliffe is a consultant solicitor specialising in employment law and has practised solely in this area of law since 2009.

Samantha has a broad range of experience in advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Samantha carries out work ranging from advising on the drafting, updating or interpretation of documentation and processes, to giving advice to clients on potential employment claims such as unfair dismissal or discrimination and has particular expertise and interest in negotiating enhanced settlement agreements for her employee clients.

Samantha is also a qualified civil and commercial mediator.
