Jeanne is a solicitor and joined Setfords in January 2018 bringing with her a wealth of legal knowledge and a high level of technical expertise in relation to property-related transactions. Highly rated by clients, she has a reputation for being proactive in negotiating successful and speedy conclusions to the matters she deals with.
Jeanne specialises in residential property transactions including complex leasehold matters and residential development work.
Jeanne started her legal career 30 years ago before moving to Ireland in 1995 where she lectured in law for 15 years. After returning to Liverpool, she has worked for a number of local firms, most recently as head of conveyancing.
Priding herself on providing a top quality service, she recognises that good communication is key to client satisfaction. She has built and maintained excellent relationships with local estate agents and other solicitors, which helps tremendously in making the process of buying or selling property smoother. Moving home can be an extremely stressful process but Jeanne’s aim is to minimise this stress by getting to know her clients’ expectations and keeping them updated at all times.
In her spare time, Jeanne enjoys researching her family tree, local history, creative writing, and walking her dogs.
