I have just over 10 years of legal experience, having had my own caseload since 2014 and qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2018. I obtained my Conveyancing Practitioner "top up" in June 2024, meaning I am now a CILEX Lawyer.

I have specialised in affordable housing for a long period of time, and now get numerous referrals for this type of work.
I have worked in a mixture of small and large firms across the South West (Charles French & Co Solicitors, Coodes Solicitors, and Penderlaw Solicitors). I have worked on numerous cases, and I enjoy being able to solve a problem where the client understands the issues and works with me to reach the conclusion everyone wants. In particular, I have recently worked on a case where it was noted that the demise of the lease was wrong and needed to be extended. Therefore, I advised my client and discussed how this would affect the transaction as well as the process. With the cooperation of all parties, I managed to successfully reach the completion of the purchase for my client and ensure the lease was amended and brought up to date.
Another notable case would be a sale where it was identified that, historically, the lane was not transferred to the seller as was intended, the seller was now deceased, and their executor was selling the property. I was able to discuss the situation and identify the land owner, enabling the client to make an approach to the lane owner and deal with getting the lane transferred into their names so we could successfully complete the sale to the buyer.
I am lucky to have received thanks from clients for being friendly and approachable, as well as my level of knowledge and the expertise that I have applied to their matters.
