Fiona works privately in Lancashire as a Consultant Solicitor specialising in Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, probate and estate administration. Fiona qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2001 and Solicitor in 2005 and now following her roles as a law firm director and head of the private client department, she has chosen to become a Consultant to work according to her own values.
Fiona is happy to see clients face to face if they are located in Lancashire or can take instructions from clients on the phone or online video. Her prior experience as a family and litigation solicitor also provides her with useful knowledge when advising clients about any possible difficulties which may arise in their family life and private client instruction.
Fiona is a Dementia Friend and her aim is to give clients peace of mind and reassurance by planning for the future and helping prevent future worry or stressful situations. She wants Wills to be empowering documents not of fear and impending doom. Fiona spends most of her time with her husband, young son and daughter and her interest in cryptocurrencies, digital assets, soul and universal energy and crystal healing is an alternative human element to the formal nature of the law.
