Emma has joined Setford's as a Consultant Solicitor and has over 15 years experience in residential property matters, having qualified as a solicitor in February 2009.

Emma previously worked for a large national conveyancing company where she gained valuable experience.

Friendly, approachable and hardworking, she always aims to give the best service possible and appreciates a key element of this is communication.

Emma's second language is Welsh.

Emma's work encompasses the following:

Preparing registered, unregistered, freehold/leasehold sale contracts and dealing with pre-contract enquiries.
Dealing with purchase transactions relating to freehold/leasehold, and new build properties.
Also, dealing with the transfer of equity and re-mortgage transactions.

In her spare time, Emma enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends, walks with her one-year-old pug 'Tia'.
