Denielle qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and has 18 years of experience assisting clients with residential and commercial real estate issues.
Described by a past client as “a force to be reckoned with in any venture”, she left private practice in 2017 and took up a role as General Counsel at RE Capital (formerly known as GMG Real Estate), overseeing corporate governance for a group operating in four jurisdictions and real estate management and development projects in the UK and Europe, where she stayed until October 2020.
Denielle’s clients have included ultra-high net worth and high net worth individuals, ruling families, developers, private banks, family-owned SMEs and trust companies. Transactions she has worked on included a £55m purchase of a residence in Central London. She deals with:
- Sales, including sales of part
- Transfers of equity
- Purchases of freehold and leasehold land with or without bank funding
- Property transfers arising out of business restructuring and tax planning
- General commercial advice to businesses dealing in or owning multiple properties
In addition to her practice, Denielle sits regularly as a member of the Investment Committee and Risk Committee of a real estate developer, providing advice on strategy, best-practice and risk mitigation. She is used to working across time zones and can offer flexible working hours to meet the needs of overseas clients.
