Alastair is an experienced consultant technology lawyer who has spent much of his career working as in-house counsel for some of the UK’s fastest-growing companies. Having qualified at a top-tier law firm in 2013, he has advised investment-backed businesses at every stage of growth, from initial seed funding through to IPO, while also supporting SMEs and owner-operated businesses.
He has worked across a wide range of technology sectors, including digital health, e-commerce, telecommunications, consumer electronics and B2B SaaS companies, giving him a strong commercial understanding of the legal and operational challenges faced by modern businesses.

Alastair has also advised B2B SaaS providers on enterprise licensing arrangements with major national retailers and has extensive experience supporting digital health businesses with GDPR implementation, ongoing compliance and external DPO services.
