Setfords does not offer legal aid.
Here is some information about it, who can access it, and how to get it.
What is legal aid?
In the UK, legal aid is a government-funded programme that helps people get access to legal representation.
There are certain criteria you must meet to be eligible for legal aid, as it is designed for those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Not every law firm or solicitor is able to offer legal aid, including Setfords. They must have a contract with the Legal Aid Agency to provide legal aid services.
What does it cover?
Legal aid is designed to help those who are eligible with access to legal advice, representation in court, and family mediation.
