Dublin High Court freezes the assets of Sean Quinn’s children

Sean Quinn’ nephew, son in laws and children have all had their assets frozen by the High Court in Dublin as business lawyers for the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation believe that Mr. Quinn has “misappropriated assets” from their international property group.

The bank has been trying to reclaim loans made of over 2 billion euros while the family is believed to have been preparing to dispose these assets, despite the contempt proceedings taken against them in the High Court.
