I qualified in August 98 but had been in litigation four years before. I have worked for several large firms both nationally and in the Northeast, I had a period working as a defendant solicitor for several NHS trusts, but my heart lay in claimant work, where I specialised in clinical negligence.

I have been both a team and business leader and led a successful clinical negligence group action. I have dealt with all aspects of clinical negligence, concentrating the progression of my career on more complex claims.
