Approach to work and clients
Jack takes a strategic, commercial approach to litigation, focusing on the client’s wider objectives, not just the legal issues. He works closely with clients to understand what success looks like for them and tailors his advice accordingly. He's known for being responsive, clear in his communication, and committed to delivering results efficiently and cost-effectively. He's comfortable operating under pressure and enjoys tackling complex, high-stakes disputes that require clear thinking and sound judgment. He always aims to resolve disputes with minimum friction and maximum impact.
He takes real pride in the quality of his work and the service he provides to clients. He is always available to his clients and will go the extra mile to deliver their objectives. He is able to quickly get to the heart of complex facts and legal issues, to identify the pressure points in a case, and to build a strategy that moves towards the client's goals. He particularly enjoys the problem-solving side of litigation - he is able to be creative with legal arguments, finding the angles others might miss, and working out how to win the difficult cases, not just the easy ones!
