Elizabeth has over 20 years’ experience in the legal sector. Most recently, she has held roles including Privacy Counsel (predominantly allocated to HR) and Senior Employment Lawyer (Head of Team). She specialises in data protection, particularly as it relates to the employment relationship, and she seamlessly collaborates with HR and senior management departments. She also provides outstanding employment law advice. Elizabeth advises on national and international laws in these areas.
Elizabeth has private practice, public sector, and in-house experience. She has worked in regulated organisations and in a global business which operates across several separate jurisdictions. She has provided compliance advice for organisations with between 6,000-8,000 employees. Elizabeth has also been the privacy professional assigned to individual companies within a Group structure, which has enabled her to provide DPO-type services across various types of business.

She is CIPP/E certified and has basic fluency in German. In addition to advising on national law, she has gained a wealth of experience in providing privacy and HR advice for business and work activities conducted in territories based in the UK Channel Islands and the EU, various states in the US, and a small number of countries located in the APAC and EMEA regions.
