Deborah is an employment law specialist who spent a number of years advising leading government departments and working globally for a leading international NGO, on employment and HR matters.

She is committed to using her legal expertise in all aspects of employment law to help clients get to the heart of their legal problems in a cost-effective way, whilst offering workable solutions that meet their business and personal needs. In addition to working on high-value employment litigation cases. Deborah has helped clients reach optimum outcomes by giving practical legal advice on day to day HR and people management, settlement agreements, social media,  employment contracts, complex grievances, severance, data protection, recruitment, positive discrimination and more recently in relation to Covid-19 and the workplace. 

Outside of her work with clients on employment law issues, Deborah enjoys watching international cinema contemporary dance, and reading American fiction.
