David Formby Consultant Residential and Commercial Property Solicitor

David has practised as a commercial and residential property solicitor since qualification in 2007. He has advised investors, companies, lenders, developers, and landowners over his time in both high street and commercial firms. He has also worked with residential purchasers and sellers, and on buy to let purchases through companies, together with any mortgage implications.   

In commercial matters he has worked with rural property, leasehold estate management, high street retail leasing, and corporate support. He is strong in advising upon leasing and commercial landlord and tenant.
