Claire Weeks Consultant Family Law Solicitor

Claire qualified in 2015, celebrating ten years of post-qualified experience in 2025. However, she has worked in and around the field of law for around 20 years, specialising in family law for the last ten.

Claire is an experienced solicitor, having worked in-house, in a small boutique practice, and also for a larger, multi-site and multi-disciplinary practice. She is also a Magistrate on the Criminal Law bench locally.

She is known for being approachable, understanding, and pragmatic. She takes the time to thoroughly explain things to clients to ensure they are confident in the process, and prides herself on creative and innovative solutions to problems.

Claire has recently started a podcast seeking to dispel myths and provide information about what it is really like to visit a family law solicitor, aiming to make people feel more comfortable with the process. She is also working on a number of other personal projects to equip people with more confidence around family law matters.

In her spare time, she loves to learn and get involved in her local community as a school governor, PTA member, and volunteer with the children's group at a local Church.

Claire was awarded a Distinction in a Family Law credential, issued by The Law Society.
