Christopher qualified as a solicitor in 1995 and has over 25 year’s experience in employment and commercial law.

Having worked as a Human Resources Director and Chief Legal Employment Officer for FTSE 100 companies (insurance, banking sectors) and then many smaller SMEs (less than 50 employees, privately owned) he has comprehensive experience of how organisations work and how to minimise employment risk for employers / maximise value for employees.
Christopher understands that employment disputes can be emotionally and financially draining. He adopts a pragmatic and empathetic approach, aiming to minimise the stress and disruption for his clients.
Having worked as a Legal Director in large plcs and SMEs, Christopher also deals with all aspects of commercial law, typically advising SMEs on all their commercial law issues.
