I am a Fellow Chartered Legal Executive and a qualified Advocate. I specialise in Family Law over all aspects for families. This includes referring to mediation, issuing and responding to court proceedings, preparing, and representing for trial.

I am experienced in representing parents and children in child arrangement orders to see where a child should live and court proceedings between parents and family members. I also represent people in domestic abuse proceedings, both applying and defending, and its consequences. I have experience in highly complex medical and difficult family issues. 

Another area I specialise in is divorce and financial resolution issues. This includes straightforward divorces through to complex matters where there are multiple properties, assets, and businesses. This is from advising while in mediation or negotiations through to Consent Order. If no acceptable resolution can be achieved, issuing or responding to court proceedings from settlement or through to a full final hearing. 

If experts or barristers’ advice or representation is needed, I have a comprehensive network of contacts of trusted professionals that I can seek to assist. I also advise and represent people on religious issues in divorce.

I have been head of the department and a partner in the previous firms I have worked for and I seek to help people move through their situations to build a positive future. 

I qualified in CILEX in 1999 and was admitted as a Full Fellow in 2004. 

For leisure; I am interested in visiting historical places, I like films and cycling. I have been a director of an NGO for child protection in the Middle East.
