I am a Solicitor and Legal Adviser with over 30 years of experience and knowledge in Litigation matters. I am aware of all the court rules, procedure, case law, tactics, and strategies in litigation to ensure the best possible outcomes for my clients. I deal with cases in the County Court, High Court and Magistrates Court. Litigation can be a stressful and daunting experience, so it is important that clients are represented by experienced people to guide them through the litigation minefield. I also fully explain the benefits of mediation and early settlement to avoid court proceedings.
