Annie has over 9 years’ experience in residential and commercial property matters. She qualified in 2020, after gaining a law degree from City University London and a fellowship with CILEX following extensive training with two Legal 500 firms.
She also completed a BA (Hons) degree in Business and Marketing at VIA University, Denmark. Coming from such a cross-disciplinary academic background, Annie is used to taking into account both commercial and legal aspects in any matter she is dealing with for her clients.

Annie has assisted in the first registration of Hampton Court Palace and led the preparation for the First Registration of the Tower of London.
Outside of work
As a native Bulgarian speaker, Annie has also been working hard to establish and develop good relationships with the Bulgarian community in the UK. She dedicates her free time to providing information about the property market and the conveyancing process in the UK on social media platforms, benefiting the community as a good cause. She has also published a first-time buyer guidebook in both English and Bulgarian to help her clients through the process.
