Great performance from Sonal Rabheru and team who supported me in the purchase of my property. It was a slighly unusual transaction with some outdated lease conditions, and Sonal made sure I knew exactly what I was heading into and what effect it may have of a future sale, before proceeding with the rest. She also was the only conveyancing solicitor I spoke to who advised that one would get search insurance if everything was in place to complete except for the searches, which was relevant at the time due to stamp duty deadline considerations. Sonal was also capably covered for by her team when she was on leave. All in all I'm super pleased with Setfords. Their portal is somewhat basic (upload and view only, no interaction/status tracker etc.) but it was fine for me.
