Legal protections for those threatened with being ‘outed’ by former partners

This month Eurovision winner Conchita Wurst felt the need to reveal her HIV status to the world via Instagram. This was due to the threat of an ex-partner who said he would ‘out’ her against her wishes – she decided to take control and do so herself.
