Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions

  1. 1. Promoter - The prize draw is promoted by Setfords.


  2. 2. Eligibility - The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over who have previously instructed Setfords and who are invited to take part in the service survey. Employees of Setfords and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are excluded.


  3. 3. How to enter - Entry into the prize draw is achieved by completing the service survey in full, including sharing an email address. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted.


  4. 4. Prize - One entrant will be selected at random to receive a £500 Amazon Voucher. There is one prize only. The prize is non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available.


  5. 5. Closing date - Entries must be received by 22 April. Any entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.


  6. 6. Winner selection and notification - The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date and will be contacted using the contact details provided for the purposes of administering the prize draw only.


  7. 7. Use of personal data - Personal data provided in connection with the prize draw will be used solely for the administration of the draw and to contact the winner.


  8. 8. General - The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
