Double Gold Investors in People for Setfords

Only law firm awarded Gold “We Invest in People” and “We Invest in Wellbeing” Accreditations out of over 50,000 accredited companies worldwide

UK Top 100 law firm Setfords is proud to announce that it has been awarded Gold “We Invest in People” and “We Invest in Wellbeing” accreditations in its second assessment by Investors in People (IIP) which sets the global industry standard for people management and leadership. This accolade underscores the Firm’s commitment to both employee development and overall wellbeing, setting a benchmark for the legal industry.

According to the recently published IIP report, out of over 50,000 companies worldwide that have been assessed by IIP, there are only 25 companies that currently hold double gold accreditation and Setfords is the only law firm. This significant achievement builds on Setfords’ prior success, having secured double Silver Accreditation in its initial assessment in 2023.

The awards are presented to companies that can demonstrate a clear commitment to their people, fostering a culture of continued engagement, development, and investment. It is recognised in over 60 countries across the world as the benchmark for people management and leadership and is one of the highest awards a firm can achieve.

To secure the Accreditation, firms must undergo a rigorous assessment of their practices, policies, leadership, and strategy. This is conducted by IIP’s Independent assessors and includes information and feedback from employees from across the business.

The double Gold Accreditation adds to Setford’s impressive array of recent accolades, including being named in The Sunday Times Best Places to Work, and recognised as a Most Loved Workplace by the Best Practice Institute.
