At last night’s event, we were the proud recipients of the Lexis Nexis award for ‘Business Development’, being one of five firms which had been shortlisted for the prestigious award.

Working together over the past year, the Business, Marketing and Web teams collectively put together a strategy that led to a dramatic increase in business generated. These efforts were in support of continually driving more work to our 230+ nationwide Consultant Lawyer network.
Buying into Trustpilot allowed us to measure and monitor the level of service our clients were receiving. Since January 2018, we have collected over 1,500 client reviews, 1,359 (91%) of which are 5-star. This is equal to a 4.9/5 TrustScore rating which places us 4th out of 74 for the Lawyer category, 2nd out of 43 for the Law Firm category and 4th out of 40 for the Legal Services category. Our Trustpilot company page has also given us greater visibility to prospective clients on Google by utilising the platforms plugin ability.
The judges of the awards included those from some of the top law firms in the country and some of the biggest companies in the UK, with sponsors including New Law Journal and InfoTrack.
The award builds on a highly successful year for the firm, and following the upward increase in lawyer recruitment year on year, we are confident that 2020 will once again be a record-breaking year for the business.
