Thomas is an associate solicitor at Setfords, specializing in litigation, employment law, and construction-related disputes. He joined the firm in 2019 as a litigation paralegal after successfully completing his Legal Practice Course Post Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law in Guildford. Thomas also holds a degree in Microbiology.
Based at Setfords' Guildford head office, Thomas completed his training with the firm in February 2023. Throughout his training, he developed a strong focus on litigation and employment matters, representing both individual and corporate clients.
Thomas's expertise extends to handling contractual disputes, financial services litigation, banking and insolvency litigation, professional negligence claims, applications to obtain Court Orders to amend the records at Companies House and various other employment-related and construction-related claims.
Outside of his professional endeavours, Thomas enjoys playing football and cricket in his spare time.
