Sharon is a Chartered Legal Executive with over 30 years experience in Conveyancing and property related matters, ranging from residential sales, purchases, remortgaging, to large scale real estate and due diligence projects. She also specialises in Equity Release, Leasehold, Shared Ownership and Help to Buy and has previous experience in legal processes working extensively with volume conveyancing Legal Services.

Sharon was previously employed at Eversheds for almost 17 years; initially as a fee earner and then a specialist Lawyer dealing with the more complex titles and issues in Remortgaging and Equity Release cases on behalf of major lending institutions. For in excess of 10 years her work predominantly involved Equity Release on behalf of major Equity Release providers. This required extensive knowledge of the lenders products and legal requirements. The Equity Release products covered remortgaging, purchases (including retirement new build developments/leasehold) and reversion schemes.

As a residential lawyer, she deals with all property matters including sales, purchases, remortgaging, transfers of equity and new build purchases (including Help to Buy) and has extensive knowledge and experience of both freehold and leasehold properties, registered and unregistered titles. Sharon has worked for local authorities and law firms ranging from high street practices to large international companies where her role has also involved advising and assisting lawyers with complex legal issues and conveyancing transactions, mentoring and training of junior and new Lawyers in order to deliver volume legal services. She was also the Deputy Anti-money Laundering Officer and heavily involved with Compliance.

Married with 3 children, Sharon enjoys supporting her children with their sporting activities and walking her beloved dog in the beautiful countryside where she lives.
