Shani is a Licensed Conveyancer and a Member of The Society of Licensed Conveyancers. Shani has extensive experience in a range of property related transactions including, residential conveyancing and commercial transactions. Shani also specialises in New Build properties and Help to Buy funding.
Shani joined Setfords in 2017 after being in private practice in the East Midlands since her qualification in 1999.
Shani is aware of the stress involved when buying and selling a property or business. She works extremely closely with all her clients to ensure they are guided and communicated with to ensure their expectations and timescales are acheived.
