I qualified as a Solicitor in 2015 and have since carried out transactions of commercial and residential nature. I have been specialising over the last few years in the following:
- Sales and acquisitions of freehold commercial property and all types of residential property,
- Acting for clients purchasing properties with the aid of financing, including high street lending, private individuals and bridging lenders, along with assisting with refinancing of properties,
- Land transactions on behalf of small charities and partnerships,
- Assisting other departments such as the corporate team with share/asset purchases and sales; the family department with selling, buying, transferring commercial or residential properties, i.e. in the midst of divorce proceedings; and the private client department with sales, assents or transfers of business and residential properties,
- Lease extensions on residential properties,
- Assisting with the sale or purchase of auction properties, including providing reports on properties prior to the auction (when time allows),
- Selling plots on behalf of developers on small sites, and
- Various other property related transactions.
