Rachel studied law and French at the University of Sussex and at the Reims University in France. She attained a commendation in her LPC at the College of Law in Birmingham and gained the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD qualification). She qualified as a solicitor in 2006.
Rachel gained experience of Employment Law at Wragge & Co LLP and has worked for Wall James and Davies solicitors in Stourbridge and was an employment lawyer for Dudley MBC where she gained experience of handling complex tribunal work.
Rachel advises both individuals and businesses on all aspects of employment law and has a particular interest in dealing with claimant discrimination work having recently been involved, for the claimant, in the first case in the UK where a food allergy has been found to amount to a disability.
Rachel also has extensive experience of change management and is able to handle complex redundancy and TUPE matters.
Rachel is based in Stourbridge provides detailed expert advice across the West Midlands. Her focus is on providing cost-effective pragmatic advice to clients and prides herself on excellent client relations.
Rachel can also assist clients with Debt Recovery and Dispute Resolution Issues.
