Nick is a highly experienced and approachable Commercial and Residential property specialist and joins us from well-known City and West End firms having qualified in 1989. As a Partner, he headed a Real Estate department for 15 years and has been listed in the Spears Guide as a “ Distinguished Real Estate Practioner”.
Commercial Property:
Nick’s commercial work includes a wide range of transactional deals including sales of multi-let industrial estates, 1954 LTA renewals, assignments, sublets, leases of shops, offices, art galleries, factories, restaurants, warehouses, residential development site acquisition, option agreements, infrastructure agreements as well as real estate litigation support and corporate team support work.
Residential Experience:
On the residential side, Nick’s experience ranges from acting for the inexperienced buyer through to High Net Worth sales and purchases in Central London, all manner of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, lease renewals, extensions, variations, enfranchisements, mortgages, re-mortgages and Off-plan purchases.
Nick’s focus is to always ensure that the “bigger- picture” of the client’s objective is paramount and he adopts a solution led, pragmatic approach and crucially ensures that clients are kept fully informed throughout.
Nick’s interests include Squash, Tennis, Motorcycling, Family and Walking his dogs.
