Louise is a respected specialist construction adviser with over 20 years’ experience of contentious construction and engineering disputes acquired across the sector, including in the commercial, retail, road, rail, tunnelling, dredging, PFI, education, and health and leisure sectors.
Louise advises employers to main contractors and subcontractors and consultants, providing strategic and pragmatic advice on disputes, from issues of design and construction to disputes over payment, performance, and termination on the usual standard form construction contracts, including JCT and NEC, and on PFI and bespoke contracts.
Louise is a Fellow and Chair of the Great Western Branch of the Forum for the Built Environment and a member of the Society of Construction Lawyers, the Adjudication Society, Constructing Excellence, and Interact Bristol.
