I qualified in October 2007 and have worked for a number of high street firms. I became a partner of a firm in Whitstable in January 2021 until deciding to become a consultant solicitor in September 2023. I specialise in both commercial and residential property transactions, including:
- Facilitating acquisitions to expand property portfolios
- Leases, including renewals, variations, and surrenders
I assist property developers in acquiring development land, negotiating agreements, and selling individual plots. Additionally, I assist with various financing needs, such as development and bridging loans, along with transactions involving self-invested personal pensions.
In my spare time I like to spend time outside with my dog who is currently learning human scent detection, not for any other purpose than to test her brain and tire her out.
