I have worked over the last twenty years in Southeast Cornwall heading up the residential and commercial conveyancing and private client departments of a high street practice.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, equity release, property auctions , first registrations and division of properties.
My commercial conveyancing expertise are focused on dealing with smaller sales, purchases and leases of commercial high street premises including local post offices and small industrial units.
Having spent my entire legal career within Southeast Cornwall I have wide-ranging experience in agricultural matters. I am proud to say that I have acting for generations of farming families including the sale and purchase of land, division of property between families, dealing with rivers trust grants, renewal of leases for mobile phone masts, agricultural tenancy agreements and ultimately the sale of farms.
I have been able to compliment these services to my client with helping those families and new clients alike with wills, inheritance tax planning, care home protection advice, lasting powers of attorney and probate.
