Heather qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2004 after beginning her career in Residential Property work in 1999 and has over 20 years experience with local Firms. As a Consultant, Heather is now able to focus on her love of the job by dedicating time to Client care and supporting her Clients in a bespoke fashion and in a way which is true to her values.
Heather deals with all types of Residential Conveyancing including sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold Property, re-mortgages, auction work, transactions involving land transfers, Help to Buy repayment, transfers of equity and much more.
Heather enjoys seeing the clients experience through from start to finish and hopes to make sure that the journey is as painless and efficient as possible.
Heather thrives on creating longstanding client relationships where kindness, trust and respect are at the heart of what she does.
Heather is happy to work with Clients in whatever way suits them as an individual, whether by video call, face to face or email.
