Being a business owner herself providing IT consultancy services to large corporates in the public and private sector, Genevieve has first hand experience of what it entails to run a business and the importance of having a trusted legal advisor to guide you through your business affairs. Genevieve is commercially astute and will help you navigate any corporate and commercial issues in a practical manner.
Genevieve has worked on contentious and non contentious insolvency cases and also in a high profile members voluntary liquidation of an international sporting body and French international banking group.
Genevieve is an executive committee member of the British Nigeria Law Forum, a bilateral organisation that serves as a vehicle where lawyers and other interested parties from both jurisdictions can communicate with each other to promote legal ideals as well as foster mutually beneficial relationships.
Genevieve holds a first class honours degree in law and a masters in corporate and commercial law from the London School of Economics & Political Science.
In her spare time, Genevieve enjoys running and enjoys creating and cooking new recipes with seasonal ingredients.
