Edward is a Consultant Solicitor who specialises in a whole range of conveyancing work from the usual sale and purchase transactions, equity release mortgages, re-mortgages and transfers of equity. The properties involved are a mixture of both low and high value, leasehold and freehold.
Edward has worked in Residential Conveyancing for over 15 years and qualified as a Solicitor in 2006.
Edward has lived and worked in the Northwest of England since he qualified and has been based on the Fylde Coast for the last 6 years, in that time has gained vast local knowledge of the various towns and surrounding areas.
Edward has an excellent working relationship with Estate Agents and Financial Advisors throughout the Fylde Coast and surrounding areas of Lancashire as a whole.
Edward prides himself on providing a first class service to his clients and gets regular positive feedback from those that he deals with.
In his spare time, Edward enjoys spending time with his wife and extended family, riding one of his motorcycles, going to the gym, swimming and most importantly tending to the needs of his beloved dogs Oscar and Charlie.
