I have been a solicitor since September 2006, when I completed my training contract with Laytons solicitors.
My practice areas are commercial property (including landlord and tenant) and also some residential property. For both commercial and residential property I work for sellers, buyers and their lenders on both freehold and leasehold property transactions. I have a particular interest in helping foreign investors and their lenders navigate the details (or idiosyncrasies!) of the property law of England and Wales so that they can quickly proceed with the property element of transactions.
My spare time is dominated by music-making and concerts/gigs, and by running and hiking or skiing (which involves escaping to the mountains as often as possible!). I also love the theatre, whenever I can fit it in.
