Claire Dunn Consultant Conveyancing Solicitor

Claire studied law and German at the University of Surrey. She qualified as a solicitor in 2003, having trained primarily in residential development work at a firm in Harrow.

She has worked in a wide variety of roles across all parts of residential work. She has been a partner in a firm in Milton Keynes and has worked in and around the area for nearly 10 years.

In particular, Claire can undertake all aspects of residential conveyancing such as sale, purchase, transfer of equity and remortgage.  She also specialises in shared ownership properties and lease extension work. She is well-known to many agents and other property professionals in the Milton Keynes area.

In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with her dogs and family and is very busy organising her children’s social lives!
