Alison qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2013 and has worked within the legal field since 1976.
She has an extensive knowledge of residential conveyancing gained from her previous firm with whom she was with for 16 years before joining Setfords.
Alison’s practice includes:
- Freehold sales and purchases
- Leasehold sales and purchases
- Shared Ownership (both purchases and sales)
- Re-mortgages
- Grant of new leases
- Lease Extensions acting for both landlord client and tenant
Alison prides herself on providing a high-quality service to her clients and establishing and maintaining a good relationship by guiding her clients through the process, resulting in many referrals and returning clients.
Alison enjoys swimming, yoga, theatre, travel and time with her family.
