Abi commenced her legal career in the civil service in 2001 where she advised on a range of subject areas.
These areas included employment law, before moving to work in the Equality and Human Rights Commission where she worked on the Equality Bill (as it was then). Following that, she moved into private practice where she continued to practice in employment law. Having represented both claimants and respondents, Abi has a broad grasp of differing clients’ needs and objectives which enable her to provide strategic advice and support to clients.
In addition to her employment law practice, Abi is a qualified Civil, Community and Workplace Mediator.
Abi enjoys visiting botanical gardens, and art galleries and museums whenever she has the opportunity.
