We have over 185 lawyers working nationwide across multiple disciplines who are supported by a 65+ team at our head-office in Guildford which includes admin, secretarial, marketing, sales and business development teams.

Due to recent and continued growth we are looking to recruit a number of admin assistants. The roles are open to those both with experience and those entering the workplace for the first time. So if you want of team who work hard and play hard, where there is genuine opportunity to progress, we want to hear from you.

The role

The role will be to assist the lawyers in admin duties across all areas of law in any way required.

The daily duties will include (but not limited to):

  • Scanning incoming post across to lawyers
  • Uploading documents onto the case management system
  • Dealing with outgoing post
  • Filing
  • Dealing with general admin queries
  • Meet & greet clients in reception
  • Answering & dealing with incoming calls and much more

The Candidate

The successful candidate will demonstrate an excellent work ethic. They will be ambitious, inquisitive and eager to learn. Full training will be provided so this role will suit those also looking for a first role within a corporate environment.
