Setfords has been shortlisted for Excellence in Marketing and Communications in the Law Society’s prestigious Excellence Awards 2019, the highest accolade for law firms in England and Wales.
It follows the work Setfords has carried out to improve client engagement, build trust and create a better ROI on its’ digital activities by using the UK’s leading review platform Trustpilot.
Following the integration of Trustpilot which included the use of its’ Google AdWords integration, the embedding of review widgets on the Setfords website and the automated collection of reviews from clients, the firm saw a 15% increase in the numbers of conversions from its’ key campaigns.
Setfords is now ranked 40 out of 497 for Legal Services on Trustpilot and is rated ‘Excellent’ with a score of 9.6 out of 10.
