Setfords has been shortlisted in the prestigious Legal Week’s British Legal Awards for the way it generates work for its consultant lawyers by using technology.
The firm is on the shortlist for “Best Use of Technology” following the development of a geo-location database that helps generate localised landing pages through automation for our consultants and increases efficiency in getting the work generated to the right lawyer.
Co-CEO Guy Setford said: “Automation is key to driving our business forward and the geo-location database is the latest initiative to come from our business development, marketing, web and design departments. The project has generated millions of pounds in business for our consultants during the last financial year and has helped the firm provide a far better level of service to both our clients and lawyers.”
Co-CEO Chris Setford added: “Our support team is focused on delivering systems that support our consultants and enable them to succeed, with ease and flexibility. Helping consultants to connect to clients is just one way in which we deploy technology to help our lawyers generate income.”
The award ceremony will take place on Thursday 29 November 2018 at Finsbury Square, London EC2.
