Setfords Solicitors shortlisted for prestigious award

Setfords Solicitors’ campaign to offer even greater transparency and create a better, more personal experience for its clients has led to the firm being shortlisted for one of the most prestigious awards in the industry.

Setfords has beaten tough competition to be shortlisted for Innovation in Client Acquisition in The Lawyer Business Leadership Awards 2016. The Lawyer is one of the most highly-regarded legal trade magazines in the country.

Setfords is one of just four firms to have been shortlisted.

CEO Chris Setford said: “We are constantly evolving to ensure our clients get the best possible service and we are very honoured that the work we are doing to ensure our customers get the personal service they deserve, with clear information about pricing, is being recognised.”

The work has been led by Head of Business Development Marissa Ayres, colleagues within her department, and the marketing and web team.
