Figures have today been announced regarding the number of handsets that some of the top mobile phone manufacturers have produced over the last year. Samsung has topped the table with a 25% share in the market, closely followed by Nokia. This is all off the back of the growth of the smart phone market which rose to 700 million units last year.The battle between Samsung and Apple has been emerging from sometime, but the Samsung Galaxy has proved a more popular option with individuals over recent months at the same time as Apple has had to overcome the disappointment over the Iphone 5 sales.
