| Drafting simple Wills for couple (eg. Husband and wife leaving everything to eachother and then to the children | £250 |
| Wills incorporating a Discretionary Trust and/ or tax planning | £700 |
| Storage of Will by Setfords Solicitors | FREE |
| Codicil making one change to the existing Will | £100 |
| Each change effected by Codicil thereafter | £50 |

Lasting Power of Attorney
| Advising Donor on effects and execution of Lasting Power of Attorney and drafting either Property & Affairs or Health & welfare | £275 |
| Advising Donor on effects and execution of Lasting Power of Attorney and drafting both types of Lasting Power of Attorney | £500 |
| Registering Lasting Power of Attorney where no 3rd parties are to be notified (required in order for it to be used by Attorneys) | £200 |
