Sara has been acting for her clients in Essex and surrounding areas for over 10 years and starting with Setfords in January 2012.
She has been a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives since 1999 and specialises in all areas of Property including:-

Sara also acts for a number of developers in the acquisition of land for development as well as advising on S106 and Overage Agreements.
She takes a pro-active, no-nonsense approach giving her clients practical and cost effective advice. ‘If there’s a problem lets work together to find a solution.’ Her clients appreciate the dedicated personal service she provides and often recommend her to family and friends.
Sara enjoys spending time with her family and is a Parent Governor at her daughter’s Primary School. In her spare time she enjoys entertaining friends with good food and wine and also enjoys a good day out at the races!
