Sukdave completed his Masters Degree in Employment Law and International Industrial Relations in 1991 and was admitted as a solicitor in 2001. Since then Sukdave has worked predominantly in the field of employment law.
Sukdave represents both employers and employees in all aspects of employment law from breach of contract disputes to the re-organisation of entire workforces and the resulting termination of staff. Sukdave is an experienced tribunal litigator with particular expertise in unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, TUPE transfers and protracted employment situations in the workplace. He has extensive experience of working with SMEs in setting up their employment contracts, practice and procedures to ensuring that they are compliant with employment legislation and good industrial practice.
Sukdave believes in working collaboratively with his clients, working alongside them at a time that suits, to provide a cost effective client focused service that puts the client firmly back in control. Sukdave is considered, approachable and efficient, having extensive experience of industry and commerce which informs his approach to employment law.
