Paul joined Setfords in 2011 and has over 16 years experience as a solicitor. He qualified as a solicitor in London before choosing to relocate to Kent, and more recently has moved to East Sussex. He was managing partner of his own law firm for almost 10 years and was a member of the Personal Injury Panel of Solicitors of the Law Society for 10 years until 2009.
Paul is an Accredited Specialist with Resolution (Children and Financial issues) and is an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Panel. Over the years Paul has provided advice to both wealthy clients and those with more modest means in all aspects of family law including divorce, co-habitants, children, financial issues, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and more. Paul believes that it is important to tailor the advice given
to his clients offering a bespoke and effective service. Although based in East Sussex, Paul has represented clients throughout the UK and abroad.
Outside of work Paul enjoys music and playing his Fender Stratocaster guitar rather loudly (and some might say badly).
