Nick represents both individual and corporate developer clients together with private individuals, dealing in all aspects of property law from house sales and purchases, office leases, retail and licenced premises, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, option agreements, covenant releases, easements etc. Nick also deals with advising on and drawing up Wills.
Nick represents clients in Wiltshire, Bristol and Bath concentrating on offering a personal and high quality service.
Nick lives in Wiltshire with his wife and two daughters. Away from the office Nick plays competitive tennis and travels to and from matches on his customised Harley Davidson Sportster.
Nick practised for 20 years in Swindon and Bristol as a partner in a medium to large sized firm and joined Setfords as a consultant solicitor in 2010.
