Nick is a highly experienced Solicitor, who practised for 20 years in Swindon and Bristol as a partner in a regional firm and joined Setfords as a consultant solicitor in 2010.
Nick represents private individuals and individual/corporate developer clients handling all aspects of property law including: house sales/ purchases, development set up/disposal, office leases, retail and licenced premises, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership, option agreements, covenant releases, easements etc.
Nick also deals with advising on and drawing up Wills.
Nick represents clients in Chippenham , Bristol and Bath and the surrounding areas concentrating on offering a personal and high quality professional service.
Nick lives in Wiltshire. Away from the office Nick plays competitive tennis and enjoys riding his motorbike .
